Observations:

• Google Apps is all about collabaration, training and tutoring; and not about MS Office compatibility
• Google Apps is ideal for projects that require multiple participants at multiple locations with short term deadlines
• Google Apps will prove very frustrating if MS Office compatability (source and output) is required.
  Most screen and printer formatting does not get imported accurately.
